Spring cleaning usually makes people think of closets and storage bins, but your website benefits from the same kind of attention.
Most websites don’t need a full redesign. They just need a few small updates that make them clearer and more current.
Start with your homepage. If someone lands there, can they quickly understand what you do and who you help? If it takes effort to figure out, people tend to move on before they explore further. A simple, direct statement can change that experience right away.
Then look at your calls to action. Many sites default to vague language like “Learn More,” but it helps to be more intentional. What do you actually want someone to do next? Book a call, download something, reach out—make that obvious.
A few other quick things are worth checking while you’re there:
outdated promotions or announcements
broken or outdated links
old photos or team information
contact details that are hard to find
And finally, take a moment to view your site on your phone. Most people are there. If anything feels hard to read or click, that’s usually where interest drops off.
These are small updates, but they quietly improve how people experience your business online.
