With two decades in the retail industry and eight years in nonprofit leadership, Mel's story is one of transformation, innovation, and unwavering commitment to fostering genuine connections.

As the founder of In2It Digital, she shaped the agency into a boutique powerhouse known for its strategic insight and personalized approach. In late 2024, Mel transitioned ownership to Jess Hamell, entrusting her with continuing the mission and values that have defined the brand from the beginning. Mel remains an inspiring mentor and valued friend whose influence continues to guide the heart of In2It Digital.

Mel’s passion also shines in her work as the Executive Director of the Norwalk Area Chamber of Commerce. When she isn’t working, she enjoys gardening, creating art, playing with her dogs, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
