For the By Jeri Le project, the focus was on transforming a diverse collection of literary works and professional services into a cohesive, streamlined digital platform. The primary challenge was balancing the promotion of published novels with the technical side of the client’s consulting and editing services.

The strategy began by establishing a clear visual hierarchy. Because the site serves as both a shop and a portfolio, we implemented a clean, distraction-free interface that allows the book cover art to stand out. We replaced a fragmented layout with a centralized "Books" gallery, using direct integration for third-party retailers to reduce friction in the purchasing process. This structure ensures that whether a visitor is looking for a novel or professional writing assistance, the navigation remains intuitive and fast.

Technical improvements included the development of custom lead-capture forms for the consulting arm of the business and a newsletter integration to drive long-term reader retention. We optimized the site for mobile responsiveness, ensuring the reading experience and the "Meet the Author" narratives remained legible and visually balanced across all devices. The final product is a professional, high-performing site that successfully bridges the gap between creative storytelling and business consulting.
