When we started working with DSM House of Design, the goal was to take a wide range of creative ideas and organize them into one professional website. The business is a "creative clubhouse" that offers everything from custom clothing design to a vibrant studio space for rent. We needed to build a site that felt as colorful and welcoming as the physical studio in Des Moines.

Our first step was to simplify the user journey. Since the business offers multiple services, like "Foxy Shots" photography and bespoke garment design, we created clear paths for different types of visitors. We built custom booking forms that ask the right questions upfront. This helps the owner manage new projects and studio rentals without the back-and-forth of endless emails.

Next, we focused on community. We developed a dedicated "Crafters Anonymous" page to give local makers a place to connect. We also made sure the website was easy to update so new photos of the studio and recent design projects could be added quickly.

The final result is a functional, bold website that acts as a digital home for makers and muses. By focusing on smart organization and easy booking, we helped turn a complex business model into a smooth online experience.
